STEM Career: Nutritionist
Nutritionists use their expertise about food to help prevent or treat illnesses related to nutrition. They may work with clients who have health issues like diabetes or high blood pressure, for instance, or they may work with clients who are not sick but are trying to live a healthier lifestyle. Nutritionists can work in many different settings, including hospitals, schools and nursing homes.
